Always a good vibe and service is exceptional
Staying at Joinery while our son moves into Inkwell. Perfect size for the 3 of us! 2 bedrooms 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, clean, functional, comfortable safe and secure. Parking in garage is necessary, outside parking spaces are always full. Way better than staying at a hotel!
The worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in my life. They try to be nice during the first month, but after that, it feels like they don’t care about the residents. Whenever something breaks or stops working, it can take over a month to get it fixed—even for simple maintenance issues. The mailroom is not good either. I’ve lost items twice because of issues with the mailroom. Overall, I don’t think the management does a good job. I’ve talked to many residents, and a lot of them are unhappy with the management.
Joinery Apartments: well-liked homes, mixed service
Reviewers of Joinery Apartments most often talk about the units themselves and the leasing team. Many praise the apartments as bright, comfortable and well equipped. Several name staff on tours as polite and helpful.
The same reviews raise two steady complaints. Several describe parking as tight and costly, and several say calls and questions go unanswered for too long. The complex holds a 3.5 rating across 124 Google reviews.
The leasing office keeps hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Transportation is the feature its website leads with. It says residents get monthly electric carshare credits, free e-bikes and e-scooters, and a light rail stop one block away. One reviewer singled out those mobility perks.
Inside the homes, the website names exposed wood ceilings, a washer and dryer, and extra-large windows. Shared spaces include coworking cafes, roof decks and gyms. Joinery also offers short stays, and one reviewer stayed there as a guest.
The complex calls itself pet friendly. Its amenity list also includes a pet spa and in-building compost.
